Jacqueline Guhde MSN, RN, CNS

Jacqueline Guhde is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Nursing at the University of Akron in Ohio. She teaches Nursing of Adults and Foundations of Nursing. Mrs. Guhde received a BA and a BSN from Case Western Reserve University and her MSN from Kent State University. She is licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. Prior to joining the university, Mrs. Guhde worked as a Head Nurse and a Nurse Director in acute care hospitals for several years. Mrs. Guhde has presented nationally and published on several topics ranging from clinical issues to teaching with the newest technologies. As a member of the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses for 17 years, she has served on the Board of Directors at both the local and national levels.
